When will my order ship?
We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Form Monday to Friday before noon EST, orders placed with a standard shipping method will take up to 48 hours to process. If you selected an expedited shipping method, the processing time is the same or next business day. Orders placed during the weekend are usually shipped the next business day.
How can I cancel my order?
We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been packed for shipping or was shipped. You are welcome to return items you no longer wish to keep once they have been received. If your order is still in process, we may still be able to help, though! Contact our customer service at email@example.com.
Why was an item canceled from my order?
Orders or items from an order may be canceled by our system for various reasons.
- Inventory for the item has become unavailable at the time of packing.
- The item did not pass the internal quality-check process.
- Unable to ship to the address provided.
If your order/ item(s) are canceled, you will receive notice via email. Please keep in mind that you will not be billed for any cancelled items/order.
How can I check my order status?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order.
You can also view the tracking information by visiting the carrier website or through the Shop app.
How do I get free shipping?
U.S. Orders above $70 automatically will get free shipping.
Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted we are unable to cancel or modify.
Can I ship my order to a PO BOX?
Yes, we do ship to US PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to US PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses are limited to only a USPS shipping method. UPS Ground or Expedited shipping methods are unavailable at this time.
Shipping charges differ based on the destination and chosen delivery method. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and additional fees, which are payable upon delivery. Should the recipient neglect to cover these charges, the package will be abandoned. We, Surf Style, will not refund the abandoned order, unless the package is returned to our location. Applicable shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns and Exchanges
U.S. Returns Only:
We provide fast and easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Once the item(s) have been delivered to our warehouse.
- Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from SURFSTYLE.COM.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.*
- Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
We offer free return on orders above $70. Otherwise, We offer a flat rate $5.99 shipping label. The $5.99 price for the flat rate label will be deducted from the refund.
If your order included a 'Buy $X, Get Y Free' promotion and you decide to keep items totaling less than the required offer dollar amount ($X) after a return, please be aware of the following options:
- Return the Promotional Item (Y): If your retained items total less than $X, you should return the free promotional item (Y) to proceed with your refund.
- Maintain Offer Threshold: Alternatively, the total value of the items you keep after the return must equal or exceed the promotional dollar amount ($X) to retain the free promotional item (Y).
*Items that are clearly dirty, stained, smelly, covered in pet hair, washed, and/or have obviously been used do not fall under this return policy. Our team will reach out to you with some options, but a refund is out of the question in these cases.
Can I exchange an item from my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to create exchanges. Please proceed to create a return, and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.

How do I return an international order?
For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties and taxes. Ship your package using the postal service to:

Gift Cards and eGift Cards
Can I use the in-store gift card for online purchases, or the eGift card in-store?
- In-store gift cards are exclusively for in-store use and cannot be used online.
- eGift cards are only valid for online purchases and cannot be used in physical stores.
How do I redeem my gift card?
- For in-store gift cards: Present the gift card at the time of payment in any of our stores.
- For eGift cards: Enter the eGift card code at the checkout when shopping online.
Can I return or refund the gift card or eGift card?
No, all sales of both in-store gift cards and eGift cards are final. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
What if my gift card or eGift card is lost or stolen?
We do not replace lost or stolen gift cards or eGift cards. Please keep them secure.
Are discounts or promotions applicable on the purchase of gift cards or eGift cards?
No, purchases of both types of cards are not eligible for discounts or promotional offers.
How will I receive my gift card or eGift card?
- In-store gift cards are physically delivered via ground mail.
- eGift cards are delivered electronically via email.
