Do NOT buy this hoodie. My 12-year-old granddaughter bought this in pink with her hard-earned money while on vacation and is so disappointed with her purchase. The letters all cracked and came off down to the fabric on some of the letters -- even before it was washed. Obviously the letters were not applied properly. It looks terrible! (What a bad shopping experience for a kid.) Other customers have complained of the same issue but I do not see any posted response from customer service. Hopefully customer service has responded to all these individuals. Looking forward to a response to this review. Thanks!
