Return & Exchange Policies

US Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All of our products carry a 30 day return and exchange window (from the purchase date), with the exception of items marked as Final Sale (This includes: In-Store Gift Cards and eGift Cards). All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original hangtags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Online purchases cannot be returned in store.

All products are subject to inspection. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label to you.

US Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items. Refunds are provided to the original payment method or store credit* (if chose by the customer through our portal), which exclude original shipping costs. Customers will be charged an $8 restocking fee. 

*The online store credit is not transferable to our brick and mortar locations

US Exchange Policy

Once your return is received, our automated system will process your replacement exchange order. You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been processed.

International Return & Refund Policy

Once the order is shipped you must provide the carrier and tracking information to customerservice@surf-style.com.

The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. It can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method once the items are received at the warehouse. Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by Surf Style. Please reach out to your local customs agency in regards to a customs/duties refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you have 7 business days from the delivery date to report any manufacturing issues or defects to our customer service team at customerservice@surf-style.com. Once your inquiry is reviewed and approved, we will process an exchange for the damaged item.

Damaged items are also eligible for return or exchange within the 30-day return window (calculated from the purchase date). However, no returns or exchanges for damaged items will be accepted after the 30-day period.

Shipping & Delivery

Does Surf Style offer free shipping?

We offer Free shipping to U.S Domestic Orders of $70+. Free shipping eligibility requires a subtotal order value above the free shipping threshold, including discounts.

When will my order ship?

Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and international orders within 5-7 business days. We always appreciate your patience.

How long does shipping take?

For US orders we have a 2-8 business day shipping time depending on the shipping method you select, at checkout. You will see an estimated delivery window in checkout for your order.

International shipping may vary based on local fulfillment. An estimated delivery will show in checkout for your order.

Where do orders ship from?

We ship from our warehouse facilities located in Hollywood, FL. We do not offer pickup from any of our locations.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We unfortunately do not offer same day or local delivery.

My package shows delivered but I did not receive it?

Occasionally, carriers will prematurely mark a package as delivered and it will show up a few days later. If it has not shown up within a day or two of delivery confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@surf-style.com, so we may sort it out with the carrier.

Can I ship my order to a PO BOX?

Yes, we do ship to US PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to US PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses are limited to only a USPS shipping method. UPS Ground or Expedited shipping methods are unavailable at this time.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Can I add or remove products from my order?

Once an order is placed, the customer cannot modify or edit in any form.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

No. In order to ship your items as quickly as possible, we start working on your order immediately after it has been confirmed in our system. Due to the quick and streamlined nature of this process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order.

I just placed my order. Can I cancel it?

Once an order is placed, unfortunately it cannot be canceled.

Product & Inventory

The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

We do not have pre orders at this time. If you'd like to be notified once the item is restocked, we would encourage you to sign up for our restock notifications. You can do so by clicking on the "Notify Me When Available" under that specific product/size and you'll get an email notification as soon as inventory comes in for that item.

How often are items restocked?

We work to restock core products often.

Seasonal items will not restock as frequently. Signing up for that restock alert will ensure you don't miss this product when it's available again.

How do I wash my items?

Following these care instructions will help your Surf Style items continue looking great after many washes.

  • Machine Wash on cold setting
  • Wash with similar items
  • No bleach
  • Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low temperature in dryer. Please note, shrinking may occur if being dried in the dryer.

*You may hang dry as well, however, in doing so this could result in your garment stretching

How do I prevent shrinking?

To avoid shrinkage, please lay flat to dry. If you can't air dry clothes, use a low heat setting on the dryer and remove the clothes while slightly damp and allow them to finish air drying. Excessive heat is hard on fabrics.

How do I stop my items fading?
  • Wash in cold water, with similar items. Rule of thumb: the warmer the water, the quicker the fading
  • Wash lights, darks and whites separately
  • Wash clothes inside out
How do I stop my items stretching?

Use cool water and do not hang the items while wet. Lay flat to dry. If you can't air dry clothes, use lower heat settings on the dryer and remove the clothes while slightly damp and allow them to finish air drying.

Avoid hanging after drying, instead fold them and store in drawers or on shelves to help maintain their shape.

Discounts & Promo Codes

Are discounts or promotions applicable on the purchase of gift cards or eGift cards?

No, purchases of both types of cards are not eligible for discounts or promotional offers.

Gifting

Can I purchase a Surfstyle.com Gift Card?

Yes, we sell both physical and digital gift cards.

Can I use my Surf StyleGift Card right away?

Yes. Both physical (in-store) gift cards and digital (online) eGift Cards can be used as soon as you receive them.

Can I use the in-store gift card for online purchases, or the eGift card in-store?
  • In-store gift cards are exclusively for in-store use and cannot be used online.
  • eGift cards are only valid for online purchases and cannot be used in physical stores.
How do I redeem my gift card?
  • For in-store gift cards: Present the gift card at the time of payment in any of our stores.
  • For eGift cards: Enter the eGift card code at the checkout when shopping online.
How will I receive my gift card or eGift card?
  • In-store gift cards are physically delivered via ground mail.
  • eGift cards are delivered electronically via email.
Do Surf Style Gift Cards expire?

No. Gift cards do not expire.

Terms & Conditions

Use these cards online or in any Surf Style stores. Gift cards cannot be replaced or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are final sale and not refundable. Surf Style cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards.

Return, Refund &Exchange Policy

In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchange through our online return portal. Store credit given after an in-store return must be redeemed in-store, and are non-transferrable to Surfstyle.com.

Can I pick up my order from my local Surf Style store?

Online orders cannot be retrieved from any Surf Style store location.

Online store credit cannot be used on any of our physical stores or viceversa.
