Puff Tone On Tone Garment Dye Crewneck Sweatshirt

I bought this a couple weeks ago and washed it for the first time I even washed it inside out and all the letter on the front came off.

Brand new shirt. Washed and dried as directed on garment tag and letters just started falling off. Not fixable.

My daughter was pumped about her puff surf style T from Daytona Beach. First wash and it was ruined! She was devastated. Niagara Falls, NY. No shops here and nothing similar online... gah!

I usually live Surf Style. We shop here every year on vacation in Destin. Unfortunately this year my daughter bought this sweatshirt and after one wash half the letters fell off.

I just purchased this in Clearwater while on vacation 3wks ago and loved it. I washed it for the first time today and it's ruined. I even put the dryer on the low setting like the tag suggested. I'm so upset. It's not like I can return it. I live in Kentucky. No Surf Styles here! Uggg!!!
