Wish it had the city on it like they do in the store!
My daughter has had this sweatshirt for less than a week and worn for less than 8 hours, it has not been washed yet and the letters are already peeling off. The seams are also pulling apart where the hood and neckline meet. Unfortunately we purchased 2 one for my daughter and one for my niece, total waste of money. Hopefully we can save someone else from the same experience.
I got the hoodie about a week ago and the letters already started to peel off.
We purchased this sweatshirt 2 weeks ago in gulf shores. I washed it one time - following directions & 1/2 the letters on the back of the shirt are pulling off. It was too expensive to be that poor quality. I would like for customer service to reach out to know what options we have on replacing. We shop there every summer, but will no longer purchase if quality is not there.
the hoodie arrived super quick & i absolutely love it, however ive only worn the hoodie 3 times and washed 3 times and the puffy letters are already breaking off :( i made sure to wash it on gentle and tumble dry low as the tag says. im so sad its breaking already :(
