Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
- U.S. Domestic Orders: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.
- International Orders: Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after purchase.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
- U.S. Orders: Delivery takes approximately 2–8 business days after shipping, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by location and shipping carrier. An estimated delivery window will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Origin & Availability
All orders ship from our warehouse in Hollywood, FL. At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $70. To qualify, your subtotal (after discounts) must meet the $50 threshold before taxes and shipping fees.
Same-Day Delivery
We do not currently offer same-day or local delivery services.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please wait 1–2 business days as carriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. If the package does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us at customerservice@surf-style.com for assistance.
